Thinking about mass niche advertising and watching the nascar race on television today, I thought about how much exposure you get when advertising with this type of niche market. What does it take to get a spot on one the top cars of the circuit? Well beyond most of our capabilities, but not impossible with a more localized market. Nascar would be far too much money for small business to even give a thought at that type of mass niche market advertising.

Looking at this type of advertising, it seems that we, as small businesses could find a mass niche type market we could get substantial exposure for a fraction of what nascar teams might charge for their advertising spots. There are such opportunities with this type of mass niche advertising and we will take a look at the opportunities.

Mass niche advertising can come from many different areas of your community. I feel that your local baseball or football and any other sport that gathers a mass of people together would be a prime opportunity. You can sponsor the league or sponsor a local radio station call in show and any other opportunity that is involved with the community. You will show your support for the community and help provide a better league for them to be involved in.

Another area would be the local tracks for racing. There are several different ways for you to become involved there. First you can be a sponsor of the track, or you can sponsor one of the local racers. You could even be the sponsor of the winners circle and have a spokesman at the track each and every race. I think of the many ways you can become involved with this type of mass niche market advertising.

These are a couple of ideas that can make your business a pillar within the community and gain you the respect that comes with community involvement. I know there are many other ideas that you can think of and make your business improve. There are schools and charitable organizations that would give you exposure and strengthen your role within the community.

The question I would want you to ask yourself would be, Is my business right for this type of advertising, and if you answered “yes” then research the areas of your interest and target your niche and get the results you desire. This is your opportunity to get your business in front of your local niche customers and create the loyalty that your business deserves.

I would suggest that you look into this type of advertising, so that you can surge ahead of the competition. We all make the mistake in bad times as to cut advertising, but you need to get more exposure in bad economic times so customers know you are still there to assist them. Become involved and support your local community, the rewards will be great!
