In order to be able to analyze the past, present and even future of your activity – involving internal factors (eg performance) and external ones (eg competitors), we use the SWOT analysis. In this second video (out of two); SWOT & TOWS Analysis (2), we complete the SWOT and demonstrate how can TOWS analysis assist your marketing planning. In the previous video; SWOT & TOWS Analysis (1), one can realize how to develop a marketing scan by collecting and hierarchizing Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities (that depend on us and others that do not) and Threats (that depend on us and others that do not).
